Couldn't disagree more there, he knows how to run an offense and he definitely knows QBs https://markbullock.substack.com/p/w...liff-kingsbury |

Relating Kingsbury to Spurrier is flat out disrespectful lol.

But is he a big visor guy? Seriously, it’s an odd comparison. Spurrier was a long-tenured college coach lured to the NFL by our shitty owner who thought he could just do the same thing and be successful. Shane Matthews anyone? I expect KK to be smarter and more adaptable, particularly having had NFL experience before and, like Quinn, having the learning experience of being a head coach with mixed success. Let’s give the guy a shot before we paint him to be an overhyped and out of his depth NFL misfit, as Spurrier was. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I could not stand Steve Spurrier when he was at Florida. Cocky as all as he ran the score up on Vanderbilt. And I was totally against the hire. But for some reason as he was losing games here I kind of got to liking him, maybe it's his personality that made that happen. But we can't forget one of the lowest points in the Snyder era, the night we saw the Daffy Duck lips as we were getting rolled by the Eagles.

I’d like to forget that. Saw a game v the 49ers in SF during the Spurrier era. Wasn’t pretty. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

Back to the O line. Why not kick the tires on Bahktiari? Health a real issue but when health….

Pass. Keim suggested DJ Humphries which makes more sense, but he will not be ready until mid season. Let’s see how camp goes

Thinking about this more, if Bahktiari rehab without set back and would be cleared without PUP list…then I would be open. We have the cap room and the expectation for a contract understandable would be incentive laden…then I would be open.

Bring in any available decent tackles and have an open competition for the #1 spot, that's the best way to go.

I'd anticipate they'll bring a few vets/FA's in for the following pre-camp at least, IF they're still not convinced by then that the roster can't be improved by said additions. I'd like to see good vet options for LT, CB and WR given try outs at least. We can't rely on anyone currently in those spots, excepting Terry, to be starter level calibre right now.
