Re: Q & A with Ken Harvey

As a former player what do you think of the current CBA dispute between the players and the owners? Who is the best linebacker in the game right now?

Ken Harvey definitely goes to my gym.

Not so much a question as a statement, really.

Ken how good can Brian Orakpo be?

Is ray Lewis the best LB of all time?

Thanks SS

Re: Q & A with Ken Harvey

Greetings Ken, YOU are amazing talent! We could use a guy that could do the things that you could right now!
Do you think Shanahan and Bruce Allen are the answer?
Thanks for taking the time!

Re: Q & A with Ken Harvey

I think-hope-this will be a very good Q & A. He may not be as outspoken as B Mitch. But he's one of the more "forward thinking" athletes I've ever come across. I don't quite know how to explain it. But he understands the game and where it's heading and should be heading as well as anyone. Not just the game of football, but playing in the NFL. He's even worked with NASA on playing sports in space.

Re: Q & A with Ken Harvey

Harvey is definitely one of my all time favorite Redskins. Great LB.

Nice catch SS. This should be a good one.

Re: Q & A with Ken Harvey

Thank you for answering our questions, Mr. Harvey.

What was your favorite moment as a Redskin?

Re: Q & A with Ken Harvey

I have two questions for Ken Harvey:

1. If you were the Redskins' GM, how would you approach the draft in 2011? What positions would you target for improvement?

2. Please give us your evaluation of the three QBs currently on the Redskins' roster. If you were the Redskins' head coach, which one(s) would you keep and which one(s) would you seek to replace?

Thanx in advance...

Re: Q & A with Ken Harvey

1) Have you had any signs or health related problems due to the impacts from your NFL career? We are learning more and more about head injuries and the toll they take on players after they retire, so I'm interested to know if he's worried and has he had a scan done on his brain?

2) Knowing some of the dangers and lasting results of head trauma in football, would you be comfortable allowing your children play football at a early age or even at all?

3) What is your best moment in football? (college or pro)

4) If you had to pick one play to define Ken Harvey as a player, what play would that be?

People may overlook these types of health questions, but they are very much valid questions that should be asked. (especially for a position that was basically in a car wreck on every play)

Re: Q & A with Ken Harvey

Describe the atmospheres between playing for the Cardinals and for the Redskins.

Which current player do you think has a similar playing style/technique that you used?
