Well he was talking about how MS would not listen to the players opinions at all. It was his way or the highway. He also said how poor of a communicator he is. He also discussed the issue w/ Fred Davis, how they had base plays that everyone knew how to run, yet Kyle would have these long meetings going over plays everyone knew how to run. Davis slept in the meetings because he was bored going over stuff he already knew how to run.

He also says that the reason Danny Smith left was because he didn't like Shanahan. Shanahan was just out for the offense and defense and didn't care about teams.

How about him saying Shanahan and Snyder never once spoke (without others present) during the 4 years MS was there? That Shanahan never once went to Snyder to voice his displeasure about anything

Yeah to me that was very strange. How does the head coach not talk with the owner? Just out of respect you would think he would walk down the hall and talk with the man that's paying you 7 million a year. Maybe this is common around the league...

Cooley is early in his media career, had access, and didn't want to jeopardize that. The team told him that Shanahan would be back. He did what anyone would do: kept all shots at the coaching staff securely in his pocket.

Yeah that's ridiculous, I wonder why they haven't announced his firing yet though . . . they couldn't possibly be retaining him could they?

I honestly don't think he did that bad of a job given the shit hand he was dealt, and now this talk that Shanny would sometimes undermine him and call defensive plays.

That said I don't think he'll be here next year. Depending on who they they decide to go with at HC I think he's just an insurance policy.

What shit hand? Talent, due to Offensive focus lack of draft picks and Cap?

I thought so too. One thing about Haslett is I thought his timing of certain play calls was TERRIBLE. Never thought he was that bad, but damn, when it should have been the most obvious play call, he'd call the opposite. Also, something about his scheme lets TEs totally eat us up. Basically the middle of the field in front of our LBs is always wide open.

Maybe it's the talent, but I don't remember that being an issue prior to Haslett.

I hate Shanny....But In all fairness Elway was at the end of his career when Shanny got there. If it wasnt for the ZBS and Terelle Davis -all of which Shanny bought to the table - Elway would still be ringless.

Come the hell on people. I have a better chance of getting the HC job of the Redskins than Jim Hasneverbeen.
