Everyone relax.
dude it was a ass kicking. Whenever the steelers need to turn it on they did. Steelers controlled that game basically start to finish.

Bullshit. We didnt convert in the redzone they did. But dont tell me they controlled the game start to finish when it was 6-0 Redskins after the first quarter. Unless by start to finish you dont mean start to finish. It was a one score game at halftime. How is that getting your ass kicked? 10 minutes left in the game - one score? It got sloppy and stupid at the end. So what.

Ok you live in your fantasy world. If it end 24-16 I be right there with you.

But as soon as it got close they threw up 2 more TD's. We were down by one score and then it got "sloppy" and we lost by 3 scores. Come on man we got our ass kicked.

By your logic we could say it was neck and neck before the game started I mean it was 0-0 right up to kickoff.

But it was 24-16 with ten minutes left. So if you wanna say we fell apart with 10 minutes left than i am right there with you. But dont say we got our asses kicked from start to finish. That is the only fantasy.

Redskins vs. Squealers Gameday Thread

Im fine with this team. They will grow from this. They will learn from this. Guarantee Kerrigan doesn't try to pick a ball up and run again. The penalties will improve. Cousins play will improve. Im not saying another word about it, but alot of fair weather fans reared their heads last night. Im going to go back to this gameday thread all year to call y'all out on it too. Lol

Edit: am I disappointed? Hell yes.
Am i ready to say we are winning 3 gAmes or burn it down? Hell no. R u kidding me?
Fair weather fans spewing that ridiculous crap last night.

I don't care for Jones but I don't think it's fair to evaluate his performance in that game.
Bad play calling and a a botched line shift by Cousins doomed him.

Gruden got too giddy with his weapons and forgot to play NFL football.
Scherf and Williams need to be running downhill next week hunting linebackers then we can see how well the running backs perform.

I'm more shocked that Kelley didn't even get a carry. I'm not anointing him by any means, but in preseason he ran like I WISH Matt Jones would run.

Re: Redskins vs. Squealers Gameday Thread

Like I said above, Matt Jones commits a false start and stays in the game. Nope. Just nope. Either Kelley can come in and competently play for ONE DOWN while Jones thinks about his stupidity for a play, or he shouldn't be on the f'ing team. Jones simply did not do anything that warranted patience with his lack of production.

Oh wait ... that would have required an adjustment. Can't have that! No way, uh-uh! Not gonna do it.
