Do any of these college QB's ever get under center anymore? Every single play is gun and some rpo shit.

Not very often, if ever, makes it even more difficult to try to scout a QB and make an accurate decision on how he'll transfer to the NFL.

Round 1 trade down, add a 2nd round pick.....then pick the best DE ..play a 4-3
Round 2 Guard
Round 2 CB
Round 3 S
Round 3 ILB
Round 5 T
Round 5 TE
Round 6 S
Round 6 CB
Round 7 C

ADD a free agent S,OLB

TANK 2019, and get a high first round pick... however build the defense in the draft

If we did this and somehow got the #1 Pick I'd be ok with it.

Draft Tua in 2020 and we will have our Guy for a LONG time.

Solid mock but Hollywood Brown will not last that long, he's a 1st round talent especially with the speed he brings. Teams need that deep threat in todays NFL.

I'd rather have Will Grier over Jones but I wouldn't be mad at either pick.

They said the same about Guice, DeSean, etc......

I dont see Brown lasting till middle 2nd either but that would be nice.

Brown is very fast and, of course, he's from OU; however, he is a little shit who will be crushed in the NFL just like the skinny little guy from Seattle we overpaid for in FA.

At this point, I would be willing to focus on strengthening multiple positions across the team and get a stopgap QB for 2019 and 2020. In 2021, we give up a farm of drafts to move up to first pick and draft Clemson's Lawrence.

This team needs a FACE of the Franchise , someone to excite this fan base again. Tua Tagovailoa is that guy. I'm fine with tanking for Tua next yr. I don't disagree with your logic tho, I'd LOVE Lawrence but the new regime in 2020 will want their QB.

None of these QB's this year are as good as Tua or Trevor L. Both of those guys could be the next Andrew Luck's of the NFL. Sure bets on great QB's. All the others are a crap shoot. I wanted Baker bad but we all knew they wouldn't take a QB since the Trade for Smith happened.

I wouldn’t take a an in the 1st or 2nd for nothing this year. You draft a solid qb in the 3rd or later and groom them to replace Colt. Use the early picks to build up true needs and next year go for broke on a QB that can be the franchise QB we haven’t had in forever.
