I believe Jay is a 10 win coach with a good DC. For the most part he was a 500 coach with a shitty D. Throw out the RG3 and Haskins years - he is right at 500.

Carolina (unlikely)

Skins is certainly the worst job simply because of Bruce Allen. Bruce Allen needs to go in order to get a quality coach period.
Cincinnati will need a coach.

This morning on First Things First - Urban Meyer and Josh McDaniel's are front runners for the Cowboys.

I hope it goes to Urban Meyer, I feel like he'd be the next Nick Saban NFL version.

You can say a lot of things about Nick Saban but his NFL stint was as embarrassing as Spurrier's IMO.

Josh McDaniel not going to Dallas. He will want large say in roster management like he got in Denver

The cowboys board has Garrett being fired tomorrow. That seems a bit unrealistic.

McDaniels seems like one of those guys that's good at being a OC but will never be a good HC. And I would never trust a guy who took Tebow in the 1st round. He should never get a job as a HC or have roster say after that shit.

I think Garrett is definitely gone if the Bows swoon continues and they somehow don’t win the division (8-8 could do it). And if they are embarrassed in round 1 of the playoffs if they do make it. Which will happen.

None of us should root for this. I hope he stays forever.

The real question for this thread should be: who will be our NEW GM? With a real NFL GM, they will bring on the next HC.

Forget Bruce right now. I'm wondering if Snyder will keep Callahan and O'Connell for the sake of Haskins development. Let's just say things keep improving the rest of these last 4 games.

This is true.

2 years HC for Denver, Fired.
1 year OC for the 2 win Rams(2011), Told to walk.

Unless he is bringing in a 25 year old Tom Brady with him, I don't want him.

If Snyder wants to sell tickets, he's got to fire Bruce and clean house.

The worst thing skins fans could do now is getting excited by the past couple weeks and start buying tickets. Pretty sure we'll get demolished in green bay and that should bring everyone down to earth. This is still a very very very bad football team.

A lot of positive talk on the B-Mitch show about Callahan turning things around, like he was some sort of miracle worker. Kind of scary, had me thinking they would keep his sorry ass. His 1963 version of NFL football won't beat anything more than a bottom 10 team.

If Snyder wants to get the fanbase excited again he will clean house and throw the books at Lincoln Riley and or Urban Meyer / Jim Harbaugh. Hire a legit GM like Lou Riddick and lets get moving.
