Re: Offseason: Around the NFL

MSN Sports has their win total projections out. The top two are the Ravens and the Chiefs at 11.5. The Bucs and Patriots are at 9. Guess who is dead last at 5? Of course it is the Redskins.

I just find it amusing how a lot of sports outlets rip on the Redskins over and above everyone else. Most of the time they predict way lower than Vegas win totals for the Redskins.

If you bet against the Skins most of the time you’ll be right, that’s why they do it

Re: Offseason: Around the NFL

If the off season is cut short then yeah I could see that.. New staff and very avg roster. Also Matt is right, most of the time the skins suck so picking them to win isn't really the best choice..

Offseason: Around the NFL

People tore Adam Rank to shreds on Twitter last summer when he said the Skins would go 2-14... how did that turn out?

Until this team truly turns it around I can’t blame anyone for picking against them

What's new? They wouldn't even pick us to win in the 1980's when Joe Gibbs' teams were rolling over the opposition like a burgundy tsunami.

Right now I'd say 5 wins was optimistic.

Lines are out for all 16 Redskins games. Looks bad. 5 times double digit underdogs. Only twice listed as favorites, and those are 1-point favorites at home vs the Bengals and Panthers. (Lines via
