Do rookies count as breakout players? If so, I would say Jahan Dotson. He will be a special player, IMHO.

Last yr was Allen and Payne both
This year I'm predicting CY goes off for 13 sacks and 2 forced fumbles. On Offense I'm going to say Curtis Samuel
