Speaking of them, I have a question. How in the hell did they manage to 1) Sign Alexander to a long term contract 2) Sign Burleson to that STUPID huge contract and 3) Get Peterson?

cause, like the eagles, they have a stupid amount of cap room and good depth. Its what happens when you build through the draft and don't have top 10 picks every year. the burleson deal is only 4mill a year, its only stupid if he stayed in minnesota. peterson is 7mill a year, but if they kept hutchinson, he would have gotten the money instead.

peterson was the stupid contract. they could have offered a lot less and still have been clearly in the lead to get him.

I've heard that question asked about another team in the NFL. Can you guess who that might be?

That's best for him. He used to be a great RB, but he can't do it any more.

I wouldn't want to see him go out in embarrassment because he can't hold onto to the ball or take a hit any more.

Didnt you think we would have been a Gibbs type back, you know like power runner inside kinda guy. He just got injured every year. I hated seeing him go, he would have been great if we wasnt sooo injury prone.

A couple of weeks ago the Eagles apparently had some interest, and I think the Raiders too. But haven't heard anything since

I think the skins are the biggest threat in the NFC. I am not convinced that other teams take us seriously

Well I have to say our Division with the signing of LA the giants front 7 look pretty scarry right now, I don't see 1 team in our division that doesn't has Playoff potential.

Hey even the Eagles who in paper are the worst team in the division could be a division winner in another like the central and those are 6 games for both our schedulles who ever survives those games goes to the playoffs.

Re: Biggest threats in the NFC

the eagles could still make a deal for javon walker... which would definately make them scarier.

Scarier, but not scary.
