I've heard that as well. I had a few buddies take videos, pictures, etc. of their trip during college. It looks like hedonism at it's best. It's like a place you could go and never leave. They said the Red Light District was amazing. These are also guys who don't care if they pay for it, because they wanted threesomes, fetish shit, all of the above. That being said, they got plenty of strange FREE Eupoean ass as well.

I read something recently about trying to make weed legal in Nevada and have a trial federal/state run pot store...which in my opinion would lead ultimately to its TOTAL legalization and de-criminalization...

The state and federal gov't would never allow that to happen. If it's not legal in the entire country, it'll never be legal anywhere inside it. You can always hope for decriminalization though (no jail time -- just fines)

I think Denver has decrimilized pot, and many parts of the country are following suit. You'll start to see the more liberal areas of the country doing this more and more, and usually that's in the major cities. In D.C. it's virtually impossible to get a conviction, I had a buddy at school charged with intent to distribute, and his case was thrown out of court. It helps the police focus on serious crime, which in my eyes is a more efficient policy.
