Outside the big three and Gibbs, I've gotta go with Charles Mann. He would maul guys at the line of scrimmage and command double teams regularly. I also like his character off the field.
Joe Jacoby would be another guy since he could set the tone on the line of scrimmage. Honorable mention: Alvin Walton

First choice would be George "The Future Is Now" Allen. He was responsible for bringing winning football back to DC. Second I would have to say Monte Coleman and Then final choice would be John Riggins.
