Very funny. Michael giving himself up to the Cops during the "domestic dispute", and Jim stealing the CD. But topper was Angela slamming her ice cream cone into the side of Andy's car because he stole a bite. The show is priceless.

Best show on TV, bar none. I thought last night was good but not great. Some funny lines, but overall seemed to be kind of out of line with what the show is usually about. SO awkward though! I've been to dinner parties like that...

Used to love Scrubs, but it's really tanked recently.

I feel the same way about Scrubs and that sucks.
I think the problem is that they have turned JD into a caricature of himself, much like The Simpsons writers have done with Homer. The characters are so out there now that they're not really relatable.

Seasons 1-4 were awesome, I think it started going downhill with Season 5, and 6 and 7 are just mediocre.

You are absolutely right - everything is so overdone now. What they did so well with "real" yet quirky characters early on is just chaos now. They've also reached the point where it's obvious they're digging for new content - they're attendings now, getting married, everyone is having first or second children, it's just ridiculous.

The whole idea of the show was this quirky young doctor trying to figure the job out - it's really lost it's way lately.

yeah it's a real shame. I'm not a doctor but some of my best friends are doctors and they've always said Scrubs is the most realistic doctor/hospital show on television (I don't know if they'd say the same anymore though). Rumor is it's coming to ABC next year for its final season. I wish they'd just let it end though.

30 Rock is really good though. And I definitely need to start watching The Office. How does it compare to the British one for those that have seen both?

Yeah a good show. But one of my favorites is coming back to TV, It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia. Very very underrated show.

Re: The Office is back!

I've never seen 30rock. don't know anything about it. I don't watch a lot of tv, but the office is probably the best comedy on tv. my wife wanted to hate it at first, but its her fav. show as well. we just started watching the re runs on tbs a few months ago.

I lauged so hard I cried when the cold blonde (can't remember her name) smashed the ice cream cone against the prius...

and in one of the re-runs the other day, when dwight went up to toby and asked him what the clitoris is.... LOLOLOL....

Re: The Office is back!

Other than Pam drilling the red-head in the face with the football, I'm not really feeling the comedic love in tonight's episode.

Seriously, that was just very....weird, as was the thing with Toby/Pam...this "season" (last few weeks) has been funny and entertaing, but very different from "The Office" if you ask me

Re: The Office is back!

The Toby moment was comedic gold. That knee rub was the most uncomfortable thing I've seen all season.

The post strike episodes have been truly awkward... and I think I like them even more than normal. They're getting closer to the uncomfortable sleaziness of the British version. Toby pulled a Gareth tonight lol.

I agree - that whole scene was the funniest part of the season so far, IMO. Him running away and scaling a 10 foot fence to go to Costa Rica still makes me laugh!
