I give him credit for realizing that it is not as easy as people think to deal with some of these people so now he has changed his mind based on what he has learned over the past few months. The problem with most of these paople is we caught them while fighting us but we have no concrete eveidence other then them shooting at us that they are terrorist. So in court it gets tough to get a conviction under our courts in the US. Obama now see's these issues and does not want to risk letting them back out just to fight them again. In most wars we hold them until its over but its much different in this case.
