Mr. Allen is going to blow this franchise up and start anew I think.
I think he keeps 5 guys on Offense and 7 on Defense...

1. Dockery
2. Devin Thomas
3. Fred Davis
4. M. Mitchell
5. C.Rabach

1.London Fletcher
2. AH
3. Orakpo
4. Hall
5. McIntosh
6. Horton
7. Landry (MAYBE)

Why would we keep so many of our worst players?

Good list Okie. Definitely keep the LBs. AH isn't going anywhere with that contract and he has produced enough to warrant him staying here. Orakpo never should have been placed at OLB, and he will be a beast in 2 seasons. Fletcher is the only guy that is a total gamer on D. McINtosh and Horton are solid. Marko still is a question mark, and Rabach is a keeper if not just for depth,as is Dockery.

Trust me we'll keep more then 10 players. Rabach? You'd keep Rabach or you think they will keep Rabach? In either case he sucks. Why do you think Baltimore let him go. He's actually small for a Center and gets bowled over by big good players.

Wow, perfectly put. It seems that his only deal in life is to take the other guy's block off and not even make a decent effort to try and stop him.

Did you notice that Kareem Moore whiffed on at least 3 as well?

I think I can say I saw all the CB and Safties atleast once play Superman and try to fly right by the player with the ball.

Re: Smoot Lays the Smack Down (Redskins vs. Cowboys)

im laying the smack-down on anyone that says the skins need to draft a quarterback, or best player available. if they don't draft anything but linemen, my head will explode. and if they bring any of the current guys back, except with the intention of using them as back ups, someone needs their head examined

I agree completely. I saw someone post last night that we can pick Bradford and then worry about the line later. I just shook my head. If people can watch the last two games and then still think it is a good idea to ignore the line then there is no hope for them. That is the precise thinking that got us in our current position.

If ANYTHING positive comes out of this year, hopefully they will make offensive line and defined leadership trademarks of the organization and we will never have to suffer through this again.

This is the worst season that I can remember. I have never been this frustrated as a fan mainly because a lot of these teams weren't clearly better. Our own team and coaches were our biggest opponent.

I said that. Still stand by it. To clarify I said that if we pick 6th and Okung is gone, I'd rather not reach for a OT there and just address the line later. It's a weak OT class in terms of top-flight quality. I'd rather we take someone like Bradford there and then we can still get Trent Williams or Charles Scott high in the 2nd in my opinion (or even Anthony Davis). Maybe trade into the late 2nd/early 3rd and add one of the Iowa linemen. Not wanting to reach to grab any offensive lineman high in the draft is not at all the same thing as saying let's ignore the line.

I understand what you're saying SS and I agree about reaching. My question is, is Okung and the need for his talents at the LT position worth trading up for if it looks like he'll be gone? With the combine still ahead and the draft order really not settled, (who expected TB to beat NO?), it's still possible we could get him where we pick, but would he be worth moving up for?

You mean Kyle Calloway and Brian Bulaga? I would take either one of those two to be Redskins!

Ideally Okung in the first and Calloway in the later rounds.

Don't explode ... I hear it hurts ? I agree with the OL , but .... we are probably 3 years away of being good = yr in & yr out .... so if we go BPA with one of our 1st 2 picks , I can live with that . I hope they sign 2 F/A OL as we need a guy or two that we KNOW can start from day one .

What if the best player available for those two picks are TE and WR?
Do we pull a Vinny and draft them?
I say no.
