Well if this is true, than yes Beck and Bartel both will get lots of game time Thursday - from rotoworld.com :
Rex Grossman told beat writers Ryan O'Halloran and Grant Paulsen that he would be held out of the Redskins' preseason finale. Coach Mike Shanahan later told Paulsen that "McNabb's status could change how much he plays Grossman." Sitting Grossman for the preseason finale signals that the team doesn't want their backup getting hurt, leading us to deduce that the team is more concerned with Donovan McNabb's ankle injury than they have let on.
