Re: Sons of Anarchy
Yeah she's officially slipped to the dark side and this, as the show has shown in the past, is going to end very badly.

Yup, unless there's another twist coming of course. Which is always possible.

Re: Sons of Anarchy
I think there is...
The whole point of the Tara character was that she was a reflection of the viewers. She's the one who knows the bad stuff that goes, knows the danger that surrounds everything, has open eyes to the whole situation. But then she sticks around and tries to make it work (stays interested). To turn her to someone trying to get out is to turn her into someone who gives up on the show. Sutter isn't doing that. There's something else going on. I also don't believe for a second she's going to leave her kid with the former junkie ex-wife. Especially as flaky as Wendy has been about the whole "plan". |

Re: Sons of Anarchy
Oh and the the telegraphed behind-the-scenes plan for exacting revenge against the Kings seems sorta awesome. T Here is obviously something in the works. Chibs would have lost it when Jax told Conner to reiterate that August was still open to distribution of the guns if there wasn't a devious plan behind it.

Kings are going down no doubt. Sons always get revenge.

Re: Sons of Anarchy
Yeah, no doubt about that. I really enjoyed it at the end of season three when the Sons were able to knock off the bitch ATF agent and Jimmy at the same time, it felt perfect. The two scenarios I could see would be the Kings being lured to Cali for some reason where the Sons then set the trap, or maybe the rest of the Kings grow wise to (forget his' name atm) bs' and knock him off . But I see the former scenario as being more probable than the latter.

Re: Sons of Anarchy
Yeah I don't like what she's doing either. At this point, I think Sutter is just setting up another twist, where we see Tara trying to leave, but doesn't for some reason, whether it be prison for the murder charge, or something happens with the club, like the death of one of Jax's sons. Or maybe Sutter decides to ignore the twist, and actually lets Tara escape with the boys. I'm not going to read into it too much, knowing there's usually a twist.

Re: Sons of Anarchy
Key thing to remember...sorta like BB, this shows takes place over a far shorter time period than the show's run. We could conceivably get just a couple months worth of show in the next season and a half.

Re: Sons of Anarchy
Long time no post.
But I'm wondering how Tara is going to make it through this season alive. Her plan fell apart faster than I thought it would.

Re: Sons of Anarchy
Yeah Tara is screwed. I can't see Jax killing the mother of his children, but how do you go back to normal after this?

Re: Sons of Anarchy
It'll be interesting to see how Sutter plans on pulling that together. I'm also interested in the storyline with the Putner chick.. Emily I think was her name? If that goes anywhere. Seems like the random homeless woman we've been seeing over the course of the past few seasons, is her mother? Well... my guess at least.

Re: Sons of Anarchy
Yeah it was cool to finally get an answer on the homeless lady ghost character.
She pops up anytime Jax is going through a big life change. |

And as for Jax just letting Tara and the kids go... I dunno. I'd think it would have to take something huge for him to do that... Like the IRA snatching up the kids and Tara. Really, I could see Jax pulling his plea to the DA and just letting Tara go to jail.
