Lol 3 were alleged repeat offenderees.. it isn't foreign to suspect that he frequently went at at least the main 3 without proper protection.. we've all done it

Re: Terrell Owens "I'm in hell" Almost broke after illustrious NFL Career
Think he's squirmed long enough to take him as a vet min. and he's be a decent team player? or should he still get to taste how the rest of us live because of his selfish years in the NFL.

Highly unlikely. Most psychologists will tell you that the BEST predictor of future behavior is PAST behavior. "Touch this one at your own risk" should be on the label T.O. carries for the rest of his life when it comes to any kind of dealings with an NFL team...

Re: Terrell Owens "I'm in hell" Almost broke after illustrious NFL Career
Well that's for 4 kids but still.. most people don't earn 10k a month.. much less spend it on a child... 120k per kid per year.. makes a mockery out of those in need

Re: Terrell Owens "I'm in hell" Almost broke after illustrious NFL Career
I totally agree that all that money for a child is rediculous but thats not what it's about. In VA the court system takes both the fathers and mothers income and comes up with a mathmatical figure as to what child support should be based off of each parents income. So $50,000 a month is probably based off his millions each year he earned.
I presume each state is different but this is VA. The courts don't just say ok on average $600 dollars a month should be all that 1 child should receive. It's all based off what both parents make. |

Re: Terrell Owens "I'm in hell" Almost broke after illustrious NFL Career
Warren Buffett, who is worth an estimated $47 billion, still lives in a modest home in Omaha, Neb., that he purchased for $31,500 more than 50 years ago.
I do not understand why football players who average career is under three years continue to live and spend like they will play forever. Plus many of these athletes do not have another skill that will allow them to earn well after football. With all of the programs in place by the NFL to help and educate NFL rookies, it is in one ear and out the other. hitting the strip joints with their entourage and tapping the a$$ of multiple babies momma's. Cause that is cool? Dumb. He did it to himself because he is arrogant. Last edited by Defensewins; 01-25-2012 at 07:32 PM. |

Re: Terrell Owens "I'm in hell" Almost broke after illustrious NFL Career
He is back to playing football, not in the NFL, but in the IFL with the Allen Wranglers in Texas. I think he is making almost a million with them, and supposedly part of his deal has an offer of co-ownership, so he at least has an opportunity to earn a living.
I believe he will be back in the NFL if he plays good down there and can show teams that alot of the hate on him is not justified. I believe TO in some of the things he said in the article. I've said it before and I'll say it now, T.O. has never told a lie. TO's problem is he says things at the wrong time. TO has also been vindicated now for a lot of things that he's said in the past. Some of the things he said about McNabb way back then were said here, and also in Minnesota last year.
