You call 2 playoff appearances in 4 years horrible?

CP was def not a mistake. Champ wanted alot of money and we probably lost the value on the trade, CP was a factor in getting ST and CP carried us to almost all our wins in the Gibbs 2.0 era

yeah, but if we kept the rights to deion sanders, the ravens wouldn't have been able to sign him.

CP was awesome. The guy throws on a wig and funny glasses for an interview n it really rubbed people the wrong way. I dont live in the DC area but i was always under the impression CP was much loved by his teammates and a real team player. Dude blocked like a bull and ran like a cheetah.

The whole Larry Fitz thing just goes to show the vagaries of fortune in the NFL. You can be the right player in the wrong place and be denied a HOF career. Imagine Fitz with A. Rodgers or D. Brees or any competent QB.

It really is a shame for him.

I'm sure our local professional American football team would gladly help him out.

That's why you can't really go on "Super Bowl" wins when discussing the greatest. Think Warren Moon, Jim Kelly, Dan Marino, Barry Sanders, Randy Moss, and even Terrell Owens.

It's also why Steve Young was a nobody in Tampa Bay, but became a HoFer in San Fran.

He didnt have to sign that contract extension, he made that choice knowing Warner was not coming back.

The way his father is acting is just as embarrassing as Arizona playing football.

My biggest belief in all sports. Situation situation situation. Imagine if we had gotten Dan Marino who the Dolphins landed because ironically we showed them the year before that Woodley was not the QB they thought he was. Dolphins win that game and chances are the Fins dont draft Marino but stick with Woodley. Imagine Marino on those great Skins teams. Granted we got Green but still.
Edit: we had Marino marked as our guy and the fins snatched him up rite in front of us.

Nick Eatman ‏@nickeatman

WR Dez Bryant could be out for the rest of the season. Pending the results of a hand specialist, but his finger injury could require surgery

That would be huge for the cowboys!
