Wilson might not have the #'s but is very smart, example is when he was running he flipped the ball for a critical first down to Tate I believe it was.

They're going to be contenders, but it'll be more like a Flacco deal last year...he'll be the hero despite mediocre play.

So the NFL gave their "face" what he wanted and now today DBs are non existent
Yeah after that game it refs got real tight with the illegal contact rule. I think it was Bill Polian who did most of the complaining.

Well thats how we (fans and media) perceive that position, either too much credit or too much blame. Is that his fault? He's got those intangibles for the position clutch, leadership, character, etc. down already, thats a big step. But if you just take a look at his numbers in his rookie season, whats not to like? 64% 3000 yards, 26 TD and only 10 ints? I think most teams will take that

Re: Around the NFL...Week 2 Style!

Wilson is solid but he's not a "Superstar" QB

He's not Luck or griffin or kaep

Can we just quit playing the 2013 season and just go ahead and have a Super Bowl with the Broncos vs Seahawks in NY while its warm? If the Seahawks win home field advantage, no one is beating them in Seattle.

That is hands down the best home field advantage I have ever seen. Even better than RFK. No one is going there and winning in Jan.

Both of those teams could easily lose in the playoffs. Plus there is a good chance Seattle won't get home field advantage.

Home field advantage means nothing if you struggle on the road.

Right now, the only legit SB team is Denver.

The reason why no one wants him is they don't want a media circus if Rhodes were to declare himself gay.
