Re: Week 15
Warmup incident between Norman-OBJ
In Sunday's pregame warmups, at least one Panthers official carried black baseball bats on the field and was motioning with them towards Odell Beckham Jr. while making comments to him, according to Adam Schefter. Josh Norman later grabbed the bat and swung it in pregame warmups, which an NFL Films camera captured. Beckham, according to another source, felt threatened. wtf |

i dont have a big problem with a bat being brought onto the field as some motivational whatever .... but come on man. you cant have some non-dressed panther player acting like a douche walking around with it trying to talk trash. this same dude was standing around w the bat when the giants came out of the tunnel for warm ups trying to get "noticed" by the giants players. bringing a bat onto the field was just a dumb idea. to allow some random non-dressed dude to walk around looking for any reason to start something w giants players was real dumb. do that shit w trent and he'd break that bat off in that panthers players ear hole.

Re: Week 15
According to ESPN it's a thing the Panthers do before every game, it symbolizes hitting home runs and bringing the wood. Might seem a little odd now after yesterday but if nobody gave a shit in their previous games I don't either.

Re: Week 15
You were right about Norman, too. He started the whole thing by planting Beckham after the play (right in front of an official who ignored it). He should be fined.
I think the officials should be censured, as well, for letting the whole thing get out of hand.

Re: Week 15
Giants were done yesterday imo but now they are for sure. I don't see them beating the Vikings on the road.

Quote:
Credskins pointed out that just in case we lose on sat night we should root for gints. Cus that way they will have something to play for in week 17. We would need to beat dallas while gints beat philly. I hear ya tho. Gints r done. |

Re: Week 15
I'd love the Giants to drop the game against the Vikings. If there is any chance we could land the Vikings at home instead of Seattle.....Please happen.
