Not really FA news (yet) but the Radiers' Rolando McClain was just sentenced to 180 days in jail. Assault with a firearm.

Rolando McClain convicted, given 180 days in jail

Kenrick Ellis got 180 days too, but I think 70 are already served. Or something like that.

So Tampa has announced they are sending Kellen Winslow to Seattle for a conditional 2013 pick

He never lived up to the hype.

That doesn't really shock me at all. As soon as I heard he was being traded, I was positive it was going to be Seattle who went after him. I'm not really sure why, I guess because Pete Carroll always chases players who were good in college, but I just felt like he had Seattle written all over him.

I'm a bit surprised. First that he's already been traded twice in his career. And second that all Seattle had to give up was a conditional 7th

Yeah, that's very little to give up for a productive tight end. I didn't know this all happened because Schiano didn't like that he wasn't at OTA's. At first I thought it came out of the blue, but I guess there was reason for it. It seems like a lateral move to me.

I think Greg Schiano wanted nothing to do with his attitude and lack of effort being displayed so got him out ASAP. He's also probably not worth the type of money he's signed for either. Also, didn't Seattle sign a TE(zach miller) to big money the year before?

Amazing how stupid these guys are. Big time contracts on the line, a job that most would dream to have, and they go out and blow it.

You can take the player out of the thug life but you can't take the thug life out of the player.

Rocky McIntosh just met with the Jets.

He has previously met with the Bears, Dolphins and Vikings.

Wow, I didn't think he sucked that bad. Is he injured or something?
