He definitely has a cannon, but Jesus, with the accuracy... This didn't seem like a problem last year. He's gotta be pressing.

Add to that the fact that he doesn't trust his o-line, you have the terrible passing offense we had on Sunday.

Re: skins eagles postgame
I have noticed a lot of people are letting Helu slide for the fumble RG3 had in the second when we were inside the 10. He didn't even chip the blitz. Perhaps I was too spoiled during the Portis years.

Please watch the pics I posted a few pages back. It obviously shows that Griffin had Kory's back in his face and a defenders hand over him.

Re: skins eagles postgame
Kyle is ultimately responsible for putting together one of the weakest passing attacks the Redskins have seen in years (it looks even worse if you look at the last four years as a whole). No way around that. The passing game was his calling card when he came here.
But on the predictability discussion, I think we should be very careful not to vilify the guy for the way he has tried to handle this specific situation. The Redskins are pretty predictable. The Cowboys had a good film read on us in Week 5, the Broncos had a good film read on us in Week 7 and obviously the Eagles yesterday. But some of the predictability is not having players who are either smart or experienced enough to handle more being put on their plates. The team's refusal to acquire players with the 'high football IQ' is a big reason they are stuck looking the same every week. There are really smart people on this team. Fletcher is really smart. Amerson and Hall are both pretty sharp. Jordan Reed. Griffin. But overall, the roster does seem to suffer from being a bit slow witted and over-emotional. And the coaches who aren't responsible for talent acquisition do have to work around this problem.

You must be new here. This is an everyday thing for Gtripp.
Not only does he have all the film from every play. He now holds the test scores from every player, and knows their personal IQ scores.

Re: skins eagles postgame
By the way, did anyone see Marc Trestman's explanation to the media of his (somewhat insignificant) decision to not use his timeouts against Baltimore at the end of the fourth quarter?
Trestman explains why he did not call time out during Ravens' drive at end of regulation - chicagotribune.com Speaking as someone who would have used the timeouts both prior to and after that explanation, all I can say is I wish we had that guy on our coaching staff. Would really do wonders for explaining all the nonsensical things our coaching staff does.

Re: skins eagles postgame
Some of you just don't understand what an offseason can do for development.
RG3 is missing a few WR's, but he's not the next JC. It's more that just RG3. It's a 11 man effort.

And I don't think some understand how coming back from a major knee injury can impact accuracy. Throwing a football all starts with your legs.
