I read somewhere that they would like to keep inhouse and that either Callahan or Cavanaugh would be considered.

Re: The coordinators

No idea if this could happen, but what about Wes being the OC and Wade DC?

Is Wes capable of that type of step?
Would it be enough of a bribe to get Wade here?
Do I need a tinfoil hat to make this happen?

Some things may never be understood by mankind. Perhaps, thousands of years from now, archaeologists will unearth the ruins of Redskins Park and ... etc., etc.

See if Norv would take another crack at it. Sounds crazy, but if we could land him who knows. With the weapons we have maybe we can party like it was 1999!!!

I can't even imagine how much Norv must hate Daniel Snyder. That is not going to happen.

I am kidding around, but that would be cool if that did happen. Snyder would have to offer a mint to get Norv back.

Re: The coordinators

Word Is LA is close to offering mcvay the job. If so good for him, u put him and Goff together and that's a promising start. It'll be interesting to see if Jay Calls plays now.

Re: The coordinators

I wonder how McVay leaving would upset the apple cart, both coaching staff wise, and with KC.

Then Cousins and the receivers have to learn a whole new offense that is not West Coast based. The passing game is the one thing on either side of the ball that I want to remain the same. Pass on Norv.

Yeah totally different offensive philosophies, I don't see it happening.

I was kidding around, but I think our red zone offense would be better.

Re: The coordinators

Norv wouldn't come back anyway, plus he's old, I like the younger guys like what we've had. I personally hope mcvay doesn't leave

Re: The coordinators

Bill Musgrave just became available, he was our OC for a year 2 and did a pretty good job for us and the Raiders.
