Agreed. Tepper seems to get rid of coaches quickly and Rhule's seat is quite warm. Pretty surprised he didn't jump back into college. Strong rumors of him going to Michigan if Harbaugh was done there.

Baker has Seattle or CAR at this point and if I'm him I'd go to SEA.

Really won't be surprised if Seattle doesn't want him. Carroll likes Lock. Starting to think he may only provide Cleveland a 4th rounder or so if anything. His stock plummeted quickly.

Well the Browns put themselves in a position where they can't demand much for Baker. Teams have to know that Cleveland can't keep him now that they have Watson.

I'd be surprised if it is even that high. Many of the teams chasing free agents already have their guy. My guess is Cleveland will have to eat a lot of that contract too

Baker is inconsistent. Like on a year to year basis. Yeah he dealt with injuries but also you gotta deal with his immaturity.

That's what I think is turning teams off. He's very vocal- too vocal leading to maturity questions and the shoulder. I would be interested, honestly, if we didn't land Wentz as I think the kid has talent still. I'd strongly prefer Wentz though.

@RapSheet
Za’Darius Smith agreed to terms with the #Vikings, source said.

Base value of 42 million
Worth up to 47 million with incentives

I wonder if the Ravens are going to throw a hissy fit like the Bills did over McKissic

Buffalo came across as complete clowns. The first 48 hour tamper window allows for for negotiations and nothing is final until that period ends and free agency begins where contracts can then be signed. This is for the benefit of the players to set their value

For Buffalo to think during this tamp window that deals were officially closed…that’s on them for being that naïve. That’s big time weak

Re: Free Agency Around the NFL Style

Carolina isn't interested in Baker either:

https://profootballtalk.nbcsports.co...aker-mayfield/

Starting to think Cleveland may have to outright release him or get maybe a super late rd pick if any team is interested. Most teams have their qbs now. Also, what is Carolina's plan at qb now? Darnold, draft? Still think we could get an excellent haul for our #11 from some team.

It was so dumb... and all that drama over a 3rd down back? Really odd.
