The worship director likes for everything to flow with the theme of the message. The pastor's next series in August is on reducing stress, refocusing your priorities, etc. I only have the titles to the sermons, not the actual context. Once he sends me the outlines, I'll have a better understanding of where he's going. My biggest problem is that I'm picky. There's a lot of bad scripts out there and it takes me awhile to weed through all the crappy ones til I find one I like.
I guess I'm a dunce...but what is a dowel rod?

I actually have a clip of that, but I think that it's inappropriate for this site.

Lets try and keep it PG-13, good call.

A cylindrical skinny piece of wood. Shorter and skinnier than a broom handle.

A wooden rod that comes in all sorts of diameters and length.

Many use it for like crafts. Like the bird perch on a bird house. Also it is used for putting things like furniture together. For example you may be joining to pieces of wood to form a drawer together so you will drill two holes in each of the wood and then get a dowl rod and make a pin that will fit in the holes to help keep the wood together...

Can't say I've ever heard of it. Is it a youth type of event? What denomination sponsors it?
