No he's a playmaker unlike ARE who would let his ego get in the way. Banks has 1 and 2 TDs called back so he's allowed to swing for the fence.

That is what we do though. Run the ball and it works over and over again. Then we run twice in the 2nd half and it doesn't work so let's start passing over and over again.
