And he has a good release and makes good decisions. He's my quarterback (sniff sniff).

Dammit. And we have a perfectly good Stallworth for sale. Also, I feel like it should be obvious by now that Derrick Mason was the guy who bad mouthed Brian Schottenheimer.

Mason, for all his talents and accomplishments, unfortunately has a bit of a reputation around the league for being a complainer and poor locker room guy

Re: Around the NFL Week 5

Every damn QB worth his salt works on his mechanics and footwork ALL THE TIME because it HELPS THEM WIN. This is analagous to a concert pianist doing his ****ing scales and appregios and whatever other etudes, exercises, etc.

Aaron Rodgers wasn't the Godgers that he is now a couple years ago. The dude spent an offseason improving his footwork and adding a throw(the skinny post) to his repetoire.

It wouldn't surprise me if they inquired about Stallworth & we wanted more. We both run basically the same OF.

McNabb has a better QB rating than Kevin Kolb, Andy Dalton, Sam Bradford, Colt McCoy, Josh Freeman and Rex Grossman. Phillip Rivers does not have good mechanics either, it is overrated in my opinion as well.

I don't really think Mason cares.

He's pretty terrible on the run, only completing 20% outside the pocket.

Rivers just has an ugly-looking motion. That does not mean his mechanics are actually bad. However, throwing wormkillers means something is screwed up with his throwing base.
