Arrington misses afternoon workout

Dude. How can a 260 LB with 4.4 speed be SO FRAGILE? They aren't even really working out yet and he already has tendinitis? I hope the guy is ok but let's be honest, his injuries are simply prohibitive towards giving him big money. I hated losing him but I don't miss him now.

no, 2 years without a snap. what a joke... but the cowboys, in only a few short weeks managed to get 3 entire plays out of him before he finally broke for good.

If LaVar ends up having a bad season, do you think he blames it on the fact that he has another new defensive coordinator and then complains that he just wants some consistancy?

Dont forget about blaming the position-LB coach-how he dont like him. Or maybe he just might not be one of Coughlin guys.
