Re: Old QB George to Raiders, Collins to Titans
He'll be throwing those beautiful 7 yard darts into the turf and then blaming the PA announcer that his voice was too loud, affecting his ability to perform. He single handedly LOST games for us. I'm glad he's going to the raiders. I hate the raiders and their fu*ked up fans. I wonder how many #3 raider jerseys with darth vader helmets we'll see in the stands.

I'm rooting for Jeff George.
He's a true Redskin. Bring him back to Gibbs. You know Gibbs scouting George...

Re: Old QB George to Raiders, Collins to Titans
does this tell you what a trainwreck the raiders qb situation is? all 3 of their quarterbacks put together do not have as much talent as j george does

Re: Old QB George to Raiders, Collins to Titans
i am still in shock that jeff george is back in the nfl......isnt he older than brunnell? but the more i think about it i think about the season he had with moss in minnesota...does george still have the arm? thats the question. and as far as kerry collins...he is probably a better qb than volek but the franchise player is waiting in the wings...vince young. this is temporary solution until he is ready.

George's age doesn't shock me, the fact that someone else is giving him a chance does. We shouldn't have even given him a chance, he was washed up after his few decent years in Atlanta. I was wondering why Collins didn't have a job. He's better than a lot of backups in the NFL. I've heard he COULD challenge for the #1 job in Tennessee. ![]() Wow, he's played for a lot of teams: Indy Atlanta Oakland Minnesota Washington Chicago Oakland |

Sometimes, you just can't make up good headlines.
I think Collins to Tennessee is the worst of the two signings IMO. George is pretty terrible though. |
