I went to the University of Florida for Television and Radio production, and whenever ESPN/ABC is in FL, they contact the University for freelancers. I worked a game and made good contacts, so I bring my own crew whenever ESPN/ABC is in town.

My brother in law was the gopher last night for Joe Theisman, Mike Tirico, and Tony Kornheiser last night. He sat up in the booth with Jay Z and everyone snacking on pretzels, burgers and such watching the game, while the rest of us were on the field freezing, but it's cool. The parab's the best job I've done thus far.

I don't like him because he basically pulled a John Elway and told the Chargers he wouldn't go there if drafted. What kind of shit is that? Since when do rookies have a say as to where they are gonna play? What a spoiled brat. If his name wasn't Manning the league would have told him to fly a kite. The Mannings are the Kennedys of the NFL, so it doesn't surprise me how the media loves little Eli, regardless of how he is playing.

I would take Chris Cooley over Jeremy Shockey any day. I think Shockey's so-called intensity is just poutiness. He had his panties in a bunch all last night after his holding call, which he clearly held on. He also dropped a few balls that hit him in the hands. He gets mad about stuff that's clearly his fault. I don't know why the announcers were making a big deal about having to get the ball to him last night because when Eli tried, he didn't make plays.

Since I was working the parab, I pointed it at Shockey a few times when he was complaining on the field. On the Giants last drive of the 4th quarter, before Eli threw high over Shockey into double coverage, when Shockey went to the line, he said, "Same Sh*t all the time, same F-ing plays." I know there's been a lot of open criticism about Coughlin, so I thought that was pretty cool to capture, and as bad as things are in DC right now, I don't think the players have turned on the coaches yet.

I would take shockey's receiving and Cooley's blocking and combine them into one megatightend.

My friends from school who are giants fans said that they believe that eli must be trippin on shrooms during half his games cause he seems to be experiencing heavy visuals judging by where he throws the ball sometimes.

I don't like Shockey publicly calling out Coughlin or whining after Marshall picked off Manning's pass last season, that's just wrong. I do like Shockey's fire on the field though. I'd love to have a player who got that angry and pissy on the field. We need more 'tude.

Shockey's attitude on the field gets old really quick if you ask me. To me he just comes off as a major spaz.

I'll take Cooley's hard-nosed play over Shockey's "intensity". Loved the play at Fed Ex last year where Shockey bitched at the ref for a PI call while Lemar was returning an interception 20+ yards - classic Shockey.
