he hasnt forgot how to coach. with that being said, if the skins dont, at least, make the playoffs, it may be time for him to re retire

good coaching only gets a team so far, you need to have players preforming at at high level to go along with good coaching.

this year was a year of both bad coaching and bad player preformance.

Problem is, Gibbs is picking the players. So no matter which poison you pick- coaching or players - it all comes back to Gibbs.

I agree with some of the above posts- I'm willing to give him another year based on the fact that we made the playoffs last year, but if he finishes below .500 again in 2007...
