Panthers? Please they don't know from one week to the next who is going to be thier QB. The Packers game is in Dallas and it will be the biggest game of the year in the NFC this year. That is a game that will decide the #1 seed in the NFC playoff picture. Green Bay is an enigma and is winning games in spite of thier running game rather than because of it. Put plenty of pressure on Favre and he will make Favre-like mistakes. He maybe the NFL all-time TD passing leader, but he is also the NFL all-time interception leader. That will be a good game. |

The Packers running game will improve down the streach IMO and their D is playing great right now. If the Skins fall apart, I am cheering for Favre to win it all and retire after this season. |

Re: NFL 2007 Playoff Predictions
You give the Giants way too much credit. Did you watch their game against Dallas? Why can't your Redskins win the next game against them. Stop Jacobs and Eli will play into your hands and make mistakes. I thnk the Skins have a better D than the Giants and will have a better record.

Re: NFL 2007 Playoff Predictions
We won't win that game because we'll get lit up down the field thanks to Taylor being out (unless he can miraculously heal by then).
I mean GW might have a total revelation about how he was playing not to give up the big play and he'll surprise us, but history isn't giving me a lot of hope.

Re: NFL 2007 Playoff Predictions
Dallas 13-3
Green Bay 12-4 New Orleans 10-6 Seattle 9-7 NYG 11-5 Tampa Bay 10-6 We miss at 9-7 because Tampa beats us head to head. If we beat Tampa head to head, we get in instead.

Re: NFL 2007 Playoff Predictions
Sounds about right. I thinking we beat Tampa were in, and somehow get a rematch with Green Bay.

Re: NFL 2007 Playoff Predictions
I'm going to abstain from posting records and just predict seedings, so here you go.
NFC 1-Dallas 2-Green Bay 3-Seattle 4-New Orleans (call me crazy, I still think they can win that division) 5-Washington 6-Detroit NEW YORK GIANTS COLLAPSE AGAIN, YEAH! AFC 1-New England 2-Indianapolis (although I am very tempted to put Pittsburgh here) 3-Pittsburgh 4-San Diego (by default) 5-Jacksonville 6-Tennessee |

NFC
Green Bay 13-3 Dallas 12-4 Tampa Bay 8-8 Seattle 8-8 Washington 10-6 Giants 9-7 AFC Patriots 15-1 Pittsburgh 13-3 Indy 12-4 Sand Diego 8-8 Tennesee 11-5 Cleveland 11-5 I don't think it matters who comes out of the West and South, whoever gets the WCs will beat both of them.
