Id have to agree that McFadden is a bad pick for them. Im not very high on him in general, but the Raiders have other needs. And running backs will be around later, plus the other LJ, Larry Johnson may be cut next year. Shaun alexnder is a free agent. And they had some great games from their running game last year.

ESPN - Rhodes is odd man out after Raiders draft McFadden - NFL

Didn't think that he was gonna get cut, probably get picked up soon though.

I disagree on Rhodes. I think he has two or three DUI's left before they never let him drive again.

The Rams can still change their mind, particularly if a trade offer comes their way. From the Ravens for example

The Rams are lucky. I think they got the best player in the draft. I would have loved for the Skins to get Chris Long.

I would also agree that the Raiders are retards. They have so many other needs. But no they wanted to go with the sexy pick to sell jersey's or something.

You could say the same thing about the Vikings last year

The Vikings got extremely lucky with the out put from Peterson. Not to mention the Vikings have a pretty good O-Line where as the Raiders line SUCKS! I don't think you can expect any rookie RB to put up numbers like that anytime soon.

They also had one of the greatest blocking backs in the league, Tony Richardson.
