(Not as) Big Mike Williams baby. No need to waste draft picks on offensive linemen when you have that guy on your roster!

Levi Jones.

I said Hunter for a long time, and we finally signed him. I will keep saying LJ till he is here or goes somewhere else.

Damn im suprised Fincher got the axe. He was a special teams monster last year. That means we've lost Thrash, Khary Campbell, and Fincher. I wonder what teams is gonna look like this year.

This was a team with a history of priding itself in special teams play dating back to the George Allen era. I believe we need to make some radical changes and cut ties with this special teams coach.

If it looks like the kick coverage in the Steelers game, we're in trouble.

As I've heard it, main reason he was cut is he was really struggling on special teams this year. I think they were hoping he'd step up and be the special teams stud that KC was, and it just didn't happen.

Still surprising though

2 Thoughts...

1) Why do I feel like Fincher could be one of those guys that pops up somewhere else and the league and is a solid starter? (see "Ryan Clark") ... I don't know why (he has never proven anything here), it just is in the back of my head.

2) How is punting an NFL football more difficult than a college one?? (see "Durant Brooks")

This is where Gibbs would have said, "We wanted to give them every opportunity to catch on somewhere else."

The Pack loves signing our punter retreads. Sorry Pack, you can't have Hunter.
