Yeah, I agree, but this is the day we live in. You could tell they were just a group of friends, one with his cell phone with a video camera and they were instigating Jerry. If you're famous, you have to watch what you're saying when you're around strangers.

Dallas isn't dysfuntional. They don't hire "consultants" to call plays in the middle of the season to undermine the head coach.

Just because they don't screw up in the same way as us doesn't mean they're not dysfunctional. There's plenty of ways to make yourself dysfunctional. As soon as the Cowboys loose Tony Romo they're doomed. The core is still Parcells team that he's winning with (I know Sandtrap has seen me say this before so I won't act like this is the first time). I think JJ was talkin mainly about the stadium. He wanted the new stadium but needed to change his image with the public and possibly investors. JJ has always been labeled as only wanting yes men for his head coach. The idea of Bill Parcells would dramatically change that perception.

Essentially I see this as the most damaging statement JJ makes in this video. He is now on recorded for literally USING Parcells mainly for to aquire the new stadium and less for winning games.

It sounds like he thinks Parcells is overrated. He never really expected Parcells to turn the team around, so much so that he never expected getting an elite quarterback like Romo while Parcells was coach.

Yes. Jerry basically admitted that he wants a "yes" man as coach but exploited Parcells anyway.
