Portis should act like a man and pay the guy instead of making him take him to court to ante up...............this and other things keep creeping up about Portis's character which I don't like..................

Smoot said he sides with Iffy here, and he was the one that helped work out this deal between the two. Sounds like CP needs to pay up.

It's going to take a judge to get Portis to pay up. If he had any inclination of paying up, this would have been settled by now because the people on the team know about it and so it is not a "private matter" any more.

Portis is being ridiculous here. He signed the contract so if he goes to court he will lose anyway and pay out more in attorney fees and court costs. He probably carries 40 grand around in his wallet. He gave his word in that contract. Pay up dude!!!!! so your word will still mean something!!!
