The HOW is there are over the counter things guys can pick up and, unless players have every banned substance committed to memory, they could most certainly take something without knowing an ingredient in it is banned.

Sooner or later we are gonna have to make an example of one of these guys and just CUT them. I do belevie in second chances, but it seems like players are taking the SKINS for a joke.

Of course he is.. Geez, we can't stay out of the news about substance suspensions. WTF is going on with our team and medical staff not either educating or providing what these guys need?

Bro, these guys have a list of and know what's what. They have dietitians, trainers, and staff going over this shit. If you can commit an NFL playbook to memory, you damn sure can remember a "handful" of banned substances that shouldn't be ingested or going into your body.

I'm sure the NFL would not levy fines and suspensions unless this information was widely disseminated.
