I don’t disagree. I think it’s a good move. I’d rather spend a 5th on him as opposed to a rookie QB. Like you said, atleast he knows the system and can help Haskins pick it up. He also was good in relief for a few games in Carolina last year so he is a capable backup, just not starter material like some were thinking when he won a few games. |
