thing is this journeymen off the fuckin street is putting the ball in the wr's hands, giving them chances to catch it. he doesn't have a strong arm but he can hit open wr's. this is why i never got why people were getting hard ons for Haskins' arm. It doesn't matter cause he can't put it where a wr can catch it, or he doesn't see the open guy.
