At this point, why not let Rex gun-sling it around for a couple of picks?

Come on Shanny... lol... at least we'd be more entertained!

Re: 49ers vs. Redskins Game Day Thread

Let me just say... my personal opinion...

I'm SICK of people talking about how prolific a bunch of fellow players Rex had when he threw 4 TDs in our 1st 3 games. As compared to poor Beck who has NO ONE who can make a play... come on, be REAL!

I want someone to name 3 Buffalo Bills WRs... how about their TEs? Are they better than Davis has been?

I'm sorry... but you HAVE to look at the QB at some point.

Big names doesn't equate good. But consistency does. The Bills may be using Larry Moe and Curly at WR and Snape at QB. But I can assure you that those 4 show up game to game if they are winning.

You are spot on. We have newbie Wrs, but vets in Moss, Gaffney, and our TE Davis. Armstrong is a vet also, and Austin is green behind the ears, but not a rook. I have never heard of any of the other Buffalo Wrs names until this season, and even now they aren't all that hot. We don't have a decent QB, and that disaster should be laid squarely at the foot of the FO for being idiots about not getting a QB via the draft.

Idon't know why? He couldn't throw either. No accuracy and no touch on short passes.

JC actually wasn't. But I don't even think he could fix this.

I don't know why people seem to think that QB is the sole glaring issue. If that's the only thing you're focusing on, then I'm glad you're not GM. We'd be playing fantasy football all over again.
