IMO there are bigger needs than Royal... IMO he's just not a top priority... He (according to reports) had agreed in principle to sign w/ us but hasn't yet because other teams are interested, which is fine, but I have the feeling the FO thought Royal would be the easiest deal to get done, and it wasn't... I'm hoping we don't overpay for him, leaving us with very little money to sign a player of need; i.e. Winston or Flecther
