I guess after having changed so much, GM, HC, OC, DC, and position coaches you thought this team would be completely different and be a 12-4 team and in the play offs. wow.

Whatever happened to "it takes 3 yrs for an offense to click"? We don't even have all the parts we need to run this offense.
