Met 2 days with the defensive coaches learning about the D BEFORE he'd sign. Good stuff.

Between us and Chicago--he has close relationship with Lovie Smith, BUT--Williams has a great mind, can help Arch get to next level.

Didn't want to go back to a cover 2 system--more of a challange to be on this team, more opportunities to make plays.

Plus, StL struggled last few years--he got jealous of watching the Skins on film--people flying around, having fun... Right on!
