Will He help the Other Prima Donna coaches talk to each other...No changes keep the same system....Just tweek a few things... The Redskins have plenty of talent. 2007 is gonna be a Great Year!!!

I think that the skins have conditioned us to want older, experienced, higher priced coaches as opposed to developing younger coaches. Why should our coaching selections be any different than the way we sign players?

I understand the point, that it may be better for Campbell to have a QB coach with a proven track record, but the flip side is that it may be good for Campbell to have a QB coach that the skins can keep around for a while while Campbell grows into the system (unlike what happened with Musgrave).

The Chiefs just fired their qb coach Terry Shea who is reportedly really close to Saunders.
