In terms of our coordinators I dont think we've done bad at all, Blache will be and was a very good d-coordinator and Zorn is a young guy who is probably very excited to have his opportunity to shine. With that said, who the hell is gonna be our head coach now! How about Jim Schwartz? I'm sure he would be fine with our current coordinators.

Being that Danny boy is supposedly waiting until after the super bowl is over to make the hire of HC. You would have to at least think hes going after one of the two candidates already mentioned that their teams are both still playing.

I would think Schwartz is low if even still on the list of potential HC replacements. But thats just my guess, at this point who knows.

There could still be a surprise in the waiting on the HC replacement?

zorn will make campbell a superbowl qb guaranteed!!!!
Do you really believe that we have better defensive personnel than Spagnuolo has in NY? They have one of the top 2 or 3 defensive lines in the league, and probably the best MLB in the NFC in Pierce.

But given than Williams is out and Fassell doesn't seem to be the candidate either...there has got to be another unknown candidate. But who? Cowher? Billick? Schottenheimer? I know those are crazy possibilities, but I just can't believe that there is no HC selected already.
I expect in Danny's mind everyone is still a candidate. Even Williams, I mean what if all the other candidates dry up or rebuff him? I think if he decided Williams was still the best guy he would go out and get him after the superbowl. I'm not saying I expect it, just speaking of Snyder's typical mindset.

I doubt any name is off the table.

One of my main concerns is without Bugel our o-line will not continue to develop. Are we headed back to the Spurrier days of Ramsey gettign sacked every other play?
There was not a coach on our staff that wouldn't by most be considered good coaches, but we've got to get real. The record of these good coaches warrant a second look when you consider their combined salries with the results they produced. A 31-36 record over a four period is nothing to write home about. We knew when Gibbs came back this day was going to come, I'm more than willing to give youth and inexperience a chance espically after watching the grandfathers of coaching meet with mixed results. The Dallas Cowboys have perhaps the youngest OC in the league, and don't apear to be doing badly on the offensive side of the ball.

I don't like the choices either but, come on.. We can't really say anything because the season have not started yet.. What if Blache and Zorn became successful OC and DC? Then we would have wasted this time..

At least Snyder didn't go and looking around for high-priced coaches..

My prediction is we are 4-12 and everybody gets fired next year, maybe even Cerrato, because Cohwer will want total control.

Dumb move if Snyder hired two assistants out of the blue before hiring a HC. What if the new HC doesn't mesh with his assistants? What if they aren't on the same page? Skins are turning into a joke if Snyder did this ad hoc without knowing who his HC is. You hire the HC who then hires his own staff. Skins are not going to be a real contender for a while if this is a shoot from the hip move. I mean Jim Zorn? Come on!

Is there a more impulsive and impatient horse's ass than our owner? If this guy were making minute rice, 30 second in he'd say , "Fuck it, this is never gonna cook" and start over.

Are you going to run yours and have ineffective coordinators? It's one thing for HC's to want to control personnel matters, but I think most people looking at a HC gig would like some control over their fate.
I would if I were Fassell who simply has no coordinator skills but great leadership skills wishing I could get another chance anywhere that would hire me. I would give the coordinators total autonomy and let me stand in front of the media giving the presser DS wants me to give.

Awesome.

As much as doom and gloom I REALLY want to be about this matter, I have come to the conclusion that there is no reason for it. It would just further my anger and spin me head first into a violent fit of rage.

I have decided to just wait until the season comes.

There. I said it. Wait and see. Blache is a coach moving up from within so, that is pretty alright with me. I'm not so sure about Zorn but, I think we all knew that Al Saunders was probably gone after JG left.

Once we name a head coach, maybe things we be better.

Until then, I must hang on to a wait and see philosophy.
