Re: Favre to unRETIRE?
I heard a rumor he was just going to become a QB coach although I have no source and was just some guy in my dorm, so its prolly false.

Re: Favre to unRETIRE?
LOL. Only on my All Madden team! not at all possible or possible in this universe, but just think how much that would help JC. Zorn was a great QB coach in Seattle, but does anyone else find it more than a coinsidence that Hasselbeck, who was Favre's backup, took his team to a Super Bowl, and Brunell, who was also Favre's backup, took the Jags to a AFC championship? I think Aaron Rodgers is going to be alot better than people think.

Re: Favre to unRETIRE?
After whatever happens to McNabb, Kevin Kolb will be a quality started for the Eagles, he has a good arm, can scramble if needed, and is pretty accurate, he will most likely end up replacing McNabb.

Re: Favre to unRETIRE?
Simply put, not going to happen. But, I would support it if he did. Farve can still lead the Packers, and he can do it effectivly.

Re: Favre to unRETIRE?
Favre needs to stop all this talk and retire for once and all OR don't retire and move on.
WOULD FAVRE UNRETIRE? “RIGHT NOW NO” Posted by Michael David Smith on April 8, 2008, 6:04 p.m. Al Jones, the sports writer for the Biloxi, Mississippi Sun-Herald who has long had a close relationship with Brett Favre, has some quotes today from Favre in which the retired Packers quarterback doesn’t completely rule out playing again. “I guess the best response would be, right now no,” Favre said about whether he would consider coming back. But Favre also said that, if Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers suffered an injury and the team asked him to return, “It would be hard to pass up, I guess. … It’s only speculating. I think the world of that team. I had a lot of fun, not only this year, but over my career. Those guys I played with this past year, a lot of young guys, a lot of fun. … And if that opportunity presented itself and they did call, it would be tempting. And I very well could be enticed to do it.” Favre has said that it’s the preparation to play — not showing up and playing on Sundays — that wears him down, and that even if he were tempted to come back, he might decline to do it because, “You just can’t show up and play.” Some of the speculation that Favre could return to the NFL has centered on the fact that he has not yet filed his retirement paperwork. But Favre told Jones that he didn’t even know it was necessary to file any paperwork to make his retirement official. And he also said that he learned from his agent, Bus Cook, that even if he were to send in his paperwork, “You can change your mind the next day.”
