Chris Carter should be pissed. He's is one of the best wr's of his time and of all time. I guess the media people that vote don't like the guy.

I don't think it's that they don't like him, it's that they don't necessarily place him significantly above other WR candidates like Ande Reed, so the votes gets split essentially.

I think Grimm's post-playing career in the NFL helped him as well, though no voter would readily admit to that.
