Yeah, he also posted a clearly political thread in the parking lot (not the politics section) SS is definitely in the top 10 mods, but he needs to work on his game a bit. Let's hope he doesn't skip the voluntary mod OTA's like he has threatened to.

This kind of thing can only happen on a Redskins forum. You don't find this sort of thing going on anywhere else in NFL forums.

So sick and tired of big names always letting us down. He say's "he sick and dehydrated" but we all know he's just here for the $$$. Lets hope we can get something for him in this off season. Let the SS hater threads begin!

Re: Zorn Fired

Zorn was a bad hire from the beginning. It was a horrible hire. It's not his fault, as he's a good guy. No OC experience? Bad hire. I believe we interviewed Jim Schwartz and Rex Ryan too. Cerrato and Snyder chose Zorn? Hmmm. I don't think he ever offered Jim Schwartz. He may have offered Ryan, i don't know.

Kind of feel bad for him for getting canned in Bmore though.

They interviewed several people, no one wanted the job here with the Skins or requested to be dropped from consideration.

Our choices we were left with were Zorn or Fassel. I'll admit I felt Zorn was the better choice and felt I'd rather give a new up start a chance vs. picking up an aged Fassel. and... I'll admit that mistake also.

Isn't Fassel being looked at by another team? I thought someone interviewed him for either a HCing job or position coach.

Not sure that Ryan actually interviewed, he was on our radar but for DC

I think you are right actually. As someone else noted, many could have taken themselves out of the running. Of course, this is in hindsight but if they liked Rex Ryan why didn't they offer him the job vs the DC (prior to the coach being hired)? RR had alot more experience than Zorn.

What's done is done. There are alot of things the Skins have done that have confused me.

Re: Zorn Fired

Lets see if I got this right?.....

Zorn (QB Coach) to Zorn (HC)= Fail.
Zorn (HC) to Zorn (QB Coach)= Fail.

Hmm, does this mean Zorn is a failure or a system guy? I think his best bet right now is for Holmgren to find a way to utilize him. Hopefully he can get his "mojo" back.

I thought you were going to say you had to stop to take a dump half way through writing a post since your cardiovascular endurance isn't where it should be... lol

Hilarious.

Only explanation I can come up with is people are going delirious with the off season malaise of no new football.... Or either they are closet Cowboys fans, which would explain a lot. They're all about a burrito short of a taco stand. No offense Sandtrap....

Actually, I think Sandtrap is a closet Redskins fan.

Agreed. Denial is the hardest step to overcome. He's not quite there yet...

Who the heck said Rak was lazy? That's the most insane thing I've heard in quite awhile, but what is most insane is the fact that I am not surprised that someone would say such a retarded thing.

Ahhhh....if only everybody could live up to the motto of this forum!
