I was a little upset when they traded up for him...a real "OH CRAP!" moment...but this makes me feel better about it.

I saw this old lady getting mugged on the sidewalk. Wasn't nothin bout football, so I walked away.

-Claiborne

Why's everyone so down about Morris? He got a scholarship, was a war hero, a shrimping boat captain, and ran from coast to coast several times

"I saw First Name and Last Name. What does this have to do with football? So I blew it off."

- Claiborne

how did this guy even find LSU? He just followed the corn-dog scent.

Judge: Why didn't you pay child support?

Claiborne: wasn't nothing about football

My favorites:

"This guy is an idoit" - Vince Young

"I meant to shoot myself in the leg" - Plaxico Buress

""How is I gonna print ma name with no printer?" - Claibourne

Re: 2012 NFL Draft (Day 2)

From the news section:
Quote:
generally unproductive play at the game's most important position since Brad Johnson led them to their last NFC East title in 1991.
Redskins Confident RG3 Can End QB Turnstile

How little research would that have taken to get right?!

More on the topic of this thread: I really think picks 31 and 32 were horrible. I actually really like both backs, just not on the teams that took them. It seemed like the draft philosophy for the Bucs and Giants was, "Hey, <insert current running back name here> is really good, we should pick that EXACT same guy right here."

Blount/Wilson and Bradshaw/Martin >>>>>> Blount/Martin and Bradshaw/Wilson

Ever hear of a change of pace back, guys?

Re: 2012 NFL Draft (Day 2)

What an exciting first day.

- I think SD got a great value pick. They did a good job. Very often I like how the Chargers draft.
- Please hire RG3 a stylist. He's going to be the face of our franchise and he comes wearing a hideous suit, with a terrible hair cut. Time to clean him up!
- Still hate the primetime format. Really wish we could go back to Sat/Sun.
- Loved hearing Goodell get boo'ed. I really wish we'd get rid of him as commish. Worst one in my lifetime.
- Feel bad for the 6 guys still stuck in the green room.

Nowhere near as bad as Herzlich last year. I felt horrible for him sitting in the green room only to go undrafted.

Not to be Captain obvious, but the NFC EAST is going to be brutally competitive next year.
