I think it's time to toss Jacobs into the lake and give him a year or two to see if he sinks or swims!

I would like McCants to stay, but it certainly looks form the outside that he has burned his bridges here. There has to be more to this story than the company line that he doesn't play special teams. They must have known he was not great at special teams when they signed him. Something must have happened inbetween the point that he resigned in Washington and opening day.

That makes me nervous. If he is hopefully it's because he earned in T-camp and not becasue we had no other choice.

I'm not sold on Jacobs at 1 or 2. Hopefully, he proves me wrong.

We will still have coles, we will only get rid of him if something works out for us too. I don't think that both the skins and coles will get good deals so we won't do it. I also think that we will explore the free agency then if we don't get anyone we can get williams in the draft....hopefully. I still think mcants is better than jacobs!

Re: Skins Top 2 WR's in 2005?

mccants wasnt playing because #3 and 4 played st last year and he didnt... he might be out because he's paid well above what an inactive player should be making...

if coles leaves, he'll probably stay barring a trade or a poor preseason/the emergence of FA/drafted players...

porter is definately out now, and i'm not sure we have enough money to sign a FA and a #9 pick at WR while trying to resign players and get a DE and hopefully a C... (plax and MM are already too expensive, sso its basically mason or bust on FAs right now)

moss? wow, is it possible for the jets to take that 5 mil that everyone is talking about we still would pay 4 mil but we got some 3 mil invested so the cap pent would be like 1.8 million or something. but otherwise 9 million is a crap load of money
